A. Latar Belakang Masalah      Manusia adalah mahluk sosial, oleh karena itu manusia juga membutuhkan manusia lain untuk hidup. Pada hakikatnya manusia itu butuh kenyamanan dalam berinteraksi dengan manusia lainya, apabila seseorang mengalami suatu kejadian yang membuat tidak nyaman dalam berinteraksi, Maka bisa dipastikan seseorang tersebut akan menghindari keadaan yang tidak nyaman itu, seperti perilaku bullying .      Di dalam kehidupan sosial, permasalahan yang muncul dalam diri seseorang biasanya karena pengaruh lingkungan. Permasalahan ini bisa dialami oleh siapapun. Contoh kongkretnya adalah masalah perilaku bullying . Bagi sebagian orang peilaku bullying dianggap biasa saja, namun ada seseorang yang merasa terngganggu dengan perilaku tersebut, karena hal ini bisa menimbulkan masalah psikologis.      Dampak dari masalah itu antara lain, mudah marah, takut, malu, tidak  percaya diri, dan sebagainya.
